I only buy my fish from City Fish. It's always fresh and delicious, also the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly!!

Damn good lobster roll. You wouldn't think that a place not on the coast would have good seafood but their lobster roll is a winner. It is $20 and you get chowder as well. We have had lobster rolls in Maine and other coastal areas and this one was up there. Slight edge to having one when right on the water but if you live near Wethersfield this is the place to go.

Wonderful fish market in Wethersfield, CT.....a huge variety of fresh fish, lobsters, clams,oysters and more.....go online and get their coupon for 10% off mon-wed! They also have a new dine in

If you haven't gone to City Fish Market, make the effort and get some delicious fresh seafood!! People who go to City Fish Market expectcertain level of quality from the seafood on offer.Having been a loyal customer long before they opened their dining area, my family and I are never disappointed in the quality of food on offer and the service as well.

The second you walk in, you're greeted by someone, either from the fresh seafood department or the cooked food area.The place smells of delicious cooking seafood!Don't be put off by the lines, because the move quick!

This particular trips, my mom and I both ordered the shrimp basket, which comes with 10 large shrimp and loads of crinkle fries.My dad ordered the fried oyster basket with "an extra piece", meaning one piece of fried fish along with his oysters.He was plenty happy with his oysters, which were apparently larger than the ones he had gotten a few days before at another restaurant!

All in all, our experiences here are always amazing and the food is delicious!

Best seafood in ct!! You won't be disappointed whether you buy their fresh fish or order eat-in or take-out from the kitchen.

I am there at a minimum if three times a week and the quality is fantastic......Manny and the girls are the best!!!!

City Fish is an institution and the quality of their fresh and cooked offerings are consistently stellar. Their dine in option is one of my lunchtime favorites. It's a great alternative to the fast food options on the Silas Dean Highway. I recommend the hot lobster roll, fish and chips along with my new favorite - fish taco wrap. It's a little pricey for lunch, but you get what you pay for - a satisfying meal!

If you didn't know this place supplies the restaurant industry in CT region with fresh seafood - so if top places rely on City Fish so should you. They have excellent selection and quality to take home and prepare or dine in.

Still gets 4 stars but I wanted to update this after I had cooked up the seafood I purchased while there recently.

I purchased about 1# of medium shrimp and let me tell you it was out of this world.Think, plump and sweet is all I can say to describe each bite - definitely a stark contrast from the shrimp I sometimes get from the local supermarket.No fillers or additives in these babies.

It was a bit pricey - but hey this is an instance where you get what you pay for.
