Our facility has 100,000 cubic feet of -10 degree frozen storage as well as 70,000 cubic feet of cold storage at 34 degrees. Fresh, live lobsters are housed in a 5,000-gallon lobster pound. Recipes made with our fresh product can be experienced in many southern New England restaurants.
