Baked Tilapia with Mango Salsa


  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1/2 teaspoon City Fish’s  lemon pepper with zest of lemon on each fillet.
  • 1 jar mango salsa (available at our Retail Market)
  • 1 lemon
  • a pinch of salt


  1. Preheat oven 375 degree.
  2. Marinade the fish with the lemon pepper, salt.
  3. Bake the fish about 15 min until it is done.
  4. To serve, put the baked fish on the plate and pour over the mango salsa.
