Baked Tilapia With Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1/2 teaspoon City Fish’s lemon pepper with zest of lemon on each fillet.
- 1 jar mango salsa (available at our Retail Market)
- 1 lemon
- a pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven 375 degree.
- Marinade the fish with the lemon pepper, salt.
- Bake the fish about 15 min until it is done.
- To serve, put the baked fish on the plate and pour over the mango salsa.
