Garlic Alfredo Mahi Mahi
Ingredients
- 4 Mahi fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning, or to taste
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare the Tilapia:
Brush both sides of the Mahi fillets with olive oil.
Season the fillets with Creole seasoning to taste.
Place the seasoned fillets into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Bake the Mahi:
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the fish is no longer translucent and flakes easily with a fork.
Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:
While the fish is baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and cook for about 2 minutes, or until the garlic is softened and fragrant.
Stir in the Alfredo sauce and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and keep the sauce warm until the fish is ready.
Serve:
Pour the warm Alfredo sauce over the baked Mahi fillets.
If desired, sprinkle with additional Creole seasoning before serving.
