
Italian Shrimp Kabobs
Ingredients
- 1 lb. (455 g) peeled and deveined shrimp
- Assorted vegetables green & red pepper, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, onions (cubed)
- 1 bottle of your preferred Italian salad dressing
- 6 kabob skewers (metal or wooden)
Instructions
- Alternate shrimp, and assorted vegetables on skewers.
- Place kabobs in zip lock bag, and pour salad dressing into bag.
- Place bag in refrigerator, and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Place kabobs on grill and cook until shrimp is pink. You can also use the oven at a high temperature.
