First time here.Stopped in for lunch, ordered quick, line moved pretty good.Food is made in front of you.They have a dining area.Good portions.Clam chowder is awesome.Food good, service friendly, I will come back

Best fish and chips in the area. The store is three pronged...it's a major supplier for a lot of the local eateries (hence the 6-7lb lobsters for the big gold chained cement executives). Also a wonderful retail seafood market(expensive) and a fish and chips spot (they use black cod as well). Sort of out of the way from where we visit but quite worth the trip if you are on the Silas Deane..

4 stars for the fish n chips alone. Huge portions of fresh fish with a light batter and great chips, for a reasonable price. You can also get fried scallops, clams, crab, oysters or squid if you''re in the mood for something different. The clam chowder was very good, just a little heavy on the salt.

The market section has an excellent variety of fresh seafood. Prices are a little on the high side but not too bad overall.

Cousin introduced me to this place and will most definitely be back whole belly clams, come on..... wanted to try everything. Wish they had a " CHOOSE YOUR COMBO" hint hint....

Just got back from City Fish Market. It's a great fish market where you can get fantastic very fresh fried fish, clams, oysters, scallops, etc. I had a hot lobster roll, clam chowder, and fried whole belly clams. Clearly my eyes are much bigger than my stomach, though it did stretch enough to get the job done. You order what you want, pick it up after it's cooked, and carry it to the dining room or take it home. They also have a standard fish market that has many varieties of (uncooked) fish, clams, oysters, mussels, crabs, and lobsters. We all enjoyed our meals and left happy and full.

LOVE City Fish. While I normally shy away from fried foods to stay on a healthy eating plan, my splurge is always City Fish -- the fish and chips, shrimp, scallop and oysters dinners are always awesome...never over greasy...fried just right in the right amount of batter/breading. The Fish taco wrap is also new and on the "healthier" food choices..I ordered the grilled fish and it was so tasty. I have never been disappointed with the market fish OR the restaurant fish at City Fish. Always clean, always kind employees...just the best! 🙂
